Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and safeguard information across the AppsClicks performance marketing platform.

Effective April 14, 2026
Section 01

Introduction

AppsClicks operates a performance marketing platform that helps advertisers acquire validated users and helps publishers monetize inventory at scale. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have when you interact with our websites, dashboards, APIs, and measurement services (collectively, the “Services”).

This policy applies to advertisers, publishers, platform administrators, applicants, and visitors to appsclicks.com. It does not apply to third parties that operate their own websites or products, even where we integrate with them. By using the Services, you agree to the processing of your information as described here.

We are the controller of the information described in this policy unless we are processing it on behalf of a customer, in which case our customer is the controller and we act as the processor under their instructions.

Section 02

Information we collect

We collect information in several categories so we can deliver and secure the Services:

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, business email, company, role, phone number, billing details, tax identifiers where required, and the credentials used to authenticate. If you apply for a role with us, we collect the information contained in your application and supporting documents.

Usage data. We record how you interact with the Services, including pages viewed, dashboards opened, reports generated, configuration changes, API calls, and authentication events. This data helps us operate, improve, secure, and support the platform.

Device and technical data. We collect information about the devices and networks used to access the Services, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device type, operating system, browser, language, referring URLs, timestamps, and unique identifiers set by cookies or similar technologies.

Marketing performance data. In the course of running campaigns, we receive event data from advertisers, publishers, and measurement partners. This typically includes impression, click, install, and post-install event records with associated identifiers (such as hashed device identifiers, campaign and creative identifiers, and attribution signals), along with anti-fraud telemetry. We handle this data according to our contracts with the originating party.

Section 03

How we use information

Deliver the Services. We use your information to provide, operate, and maintain the platform, authenticate users, process transactions, and provide customer support.

Attribution and measurement. We process event data to match clicks to installs and post-install events, score signals, compute cohorts, and deliver attribution reporting to the parties entitled to receive it.

Fraud prevention and security. We use device, behavioural, and network signals to detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activity. We also use this information to protect the integrity of accounts, investigate suspected security incidents, and enforce our terms.

Aggregate reporting and research. We generate aggregated and de-identified insights to evaluate performance benchmarks, improve attribution models, and share category-level trend reports. Aggregated outputs are produced so that individuals cannot be re-identified.

Communications. We use your contact information to send service messages, respond to inquiries, provide product updates, and, where permitted, send marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the link in our messages or by contacting us.

Section 04

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below.

Service providers. We share information with vetted service providers who process data on our behalf, including cloud infrastructure, data storage, analytics, customer support tooling, billing, identity and fraud services, and communications. These providers are contractually bound to protect the information and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

Advertisers, publishers, and measurement partners. We share attribution and performance data with the parties entitled to receive it under their commercial agreements. Where data is exchanged beyond a direct counterparty, we share it in aggregated or de-identified form designed to prevent re-identification of end users.

Corporate transactions. If AppsClicks is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require any successor to honor the commitments made in this policy.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, lawful requests from public authorities, our contractual obligations, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AppsClicks, our users, or the public.

Section 05

International data transfers

AppsClicks operates a global business with teams and infrastructure across Dubai and Singapore, and we use cloud regions selected for performance, resilience, and regulatory fit. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in, and transferred to, countries other than the one in which you reside.

When we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted under applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses, recognised adequacy frameworks, or binding internal policies, so that your information continues to receive protection consistent with this policy.

Section 06

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to deliver the Services, maintain attribution and measurement integrity, investigate fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Retention periods vary by data type. Account records are retained for the life of the account and a defined period thereafter. Event and attribution records are retained for the period required to deliver reporting to customers and to power longitudinal measurement. Security and anti-fraud logs are retained for the period required to investigate incidents. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.

Section 07

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to personal information we hold about you:

Access. You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and, where applicable, a copy of that information.

Correction. You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Deletion. You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to limitations where we are required or permitted to retain it.

Portability. You may request a portable copy of information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used format.

Objection and restriction. You may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, including direct marketing and processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact section. Where we process personal information on behalf of a customer, we will forward your request to that customer and support their response. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Section 08

Security

We maintain a layered information security program designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Services. Personal information is encrypted in transit using modern TLS and encrypted at rest using industry standard algorithms.

Access to production systems is gated by single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, least-privilege role design, and comprehensive audit logging. We operate SOC-ready controls including change management, vulnerability management, secure software development lifecycle, key management, and formal incident response.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident that materially affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Section 09

Children's data

The Services are designed for use by businesses and their authorized personnel and are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our systems.

Section 10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice through the Services or by contacting you directly. Your continued use of the Services after an updated policy takes effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.

Section 11
